Renewing Hope Care Management, LLC was founded by Christy Eashmond and over the last 15 years, her passion has fueled her to help numerous aging adults and their families navigate through health challenges and aging issues. She always wants to give hope in even the most challenging times. Christy is a Registered Nurse and an Advanced Professional member of Aging Life Care Association and certified member (CMC) of the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM).
